Robust graphics editing tool.

Often times many of us can best express ourselves digitally by doing a bit of ‘pixel pushing’ (image editing/creation), and though there are a plethora of great graphics editing apps available. It can be useful for those who are frugile to discover free alternatives. Some in this category may find either applications that may be limited in their functionalities, or interfaces that may just not make them ‘usable’ to users of all levels.

Or worst of all – that they are ‘free’ to download but *gasp* are not actually ‘free’ to keep and use.

A friend (thanks Kenny) told me about a program that really does suit the needs of both the graphics artist of all levels, as well as for those who wish to leave their wallet unopened – PhotoFiltre.
